UPDATE (Thursday, Oct. 16, 2:10 p.m.): Due to ongoing equipment issues, residential household waste collection continues to experience delays. As of this morning, Thursday, Oct. 16, Public Works crews are completing the remainder of Wednesday’s route and will begin Thursday’s route immediately afterward. Thursday’s collection is expected to extend to Friday. While staff will make every effort to complete Friday’s route on schedule, it may be carried over on Monday, Oct. 20.
In addition, yard waste collected in roll-out carts will be delayed by one day next week. Instead of the usual Monday pickup on Oct. 20, yard waste will be collected on Tuesday, Oct. 21. This adjustment allows crews to prioritize household waste collection.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these temporary disruptions. Please keep carts curbside until collection is completed.
