CARRBORO, NC -- On Nov. 12, 2024, at 2:53 p.m., the Carrboro Police Department responded to a report of a sexual assault of a minor in the Lake Hogan Farms area.
Investigation identified the suspect as Mark Roy Saba, 34, of Raleigh. He was charged with one count of Indecent Liberties with a Child and one count of Solicit a Child by Computer, both felonies. He was confined in the Orange County Jail with a bond of $10,000. No additional information is being released at this time.
